Product characteristics
1. Excellent stress cracking
It has high stress cracking resistance because it uses Linear low-densitypolyethylene (LLDPE), and it hasa high rate of elongation at the break point, impact resistance, and tensile strength.
2. Excellent chemical resistance
Because it is completely penetrated and adhered to the rugged surface of the steel pipe, it can increase the contact area.
3. Uniform coating thickness
Because the steel pipe is coated while being rotated during the heat fusion process, the fusion is uniformly conducted, and the surface is smooth and has constant thickness.
4. Excellent adhesiveness
Excellent adhesive strength because the pipe surface is treated at more than Sa2 and LLDPE powder is thermally fused on the surface
